Sales over the three months to October 2009 totaled over $187.8 million, significantly higher than the last quarter of $34.6 million in July 2009, though not as high as the $291.5 million in April 2009.The latest research from Cityscope regarding sales in Adelaide CBD has found the market returning to form as sales bounce back from the drop in the last quarter.

Developer Pradella is understood to have defied market trends by starting work on its Waters Edge apartment project at Riverside Drive, West End.A new apartment project in West End, Queensland, has commenced construction in spite of a slowdown in development for the area.
