An office and warehouse property in Chippendale in New South Wales has been sold before auction by agents of DB Property.
The property, at 44-46 Chippen Street, Chippendale, was sold for $2.15 million.
The building is a freestanding warehouse style office building with timber floors and natural light from windows on two sides.
The building has a floor area of approximately 904 sqm and includes seven on site car parking spaces.
Other features include a wide street frontage, air conditioning, hidden herringbone time ceilings and a lift.
According to the selling agents there is potential to add more floor space subject to council approval.
DB Property selling agent David Brown described the property as “a rare gem which would suite an investor or an owner occupier,” saying that the building “ticks all the boxes.”
